West Brom have reportedly opened talks to sign Nigerian striker TaiwoAwoniyi from Liverpool. The Baggies are back in the English Championship after one season in the Premier League and they are keen to bolster their squad on the attacking front with Awoniyi who has been sent on loan from Liverpool seven times.
According to Birmingham Live, West Brom have already initiated talks with the Reds in their quest to sign Nigerian attacker Awoniyi as they try to build a squad capable of securing a return to the English top flight instantly.


Merseyside giants Liverpool are reportedly ready to make a big bid for Atalanta defender Cristian Romero who's on loan at the Italian Serie A club from Juventus. According to Spanish newspaper AS, Liverpool are ready to offer around €50m for the Atalantacentre back.

Liverpool have already made their first signing of the summer with the transfer of Moussa Konate from German Bundesliga club RB Leipzig but that has not stopped manager JurgenKlopp from trying to sign a new defender as reported by the aforementioned Spanish publication. RMC Sport journalist Mohamed Bouhafsihas revealed that French giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) are interested in signing Mohamed Salah from Premier League outfit Liverpool. According to him, PSG have Salah on their list of possible replacements for key player KylianMbappe if the French World Cup winner leaves the club this summer.

PSG attacker Mbappe has been in sensational form for his club this season but he has one year left on his contact. The French champions are determined to retain his services for many years to come by offering him a new deal but it's not certain that the player will sign the new contract. PSG don't have any option but to sell Mbappe if the young French striker does not sign a new contract at the club this summer. They might need to sell him or risk losing him for free next summer when his current deal runs out.


Premier League champions Liverpool have reportedly contacted Brighton and Hove Albion over the availability of midfielder Yves Bissouma for a transfer. According to media outlet Anfield Central, Liverpool sporting director Michael Edwards reached out to the Seagulls to enquire about Bissouma who has been in good form for his team this season.
